Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all purchase contracts concluded through the Martac Store online shop between:

(the "Seller") and the customer (the "Customer").

Products shown in the shop are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the checkout button you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout (cards, payment services) and is processed securely via Shopify.

We deliver within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes on delivery. Orders to the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days as described in our Refund Policy.

The statutory 2-year warranty applies (§ 437 BGB; Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK customers). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

The Seller is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
