Shipping & Delivery

Our main shipping method is DHL. Depending on your destination and availability, we may also ship with another reliable carrier, such as FedEx or DPD. The carrier used for your order is stated in your order confirmation.

Shipping is included in the price for all orders over €1,000 — your invoice will show a shipping cost of €0.00. For smaller orders, any shipping cost is confirmed with you before payment.

Delivery usually takes about 3 weeks from the date your order is placed, and may take longer for some destinations, customs checks or peak periods. The estimated delivery date is shown on your invoice. We will let you know if there is any delay.
